Instant Messaging Tutorial

What is Instant Messaging?
Instant messaging enables you to combine the speed of real-time conversation with the ease of e-mail.

Instant messages are similar to e-mail messages, but you don't have to wait for an answer! The messages arrive instantly. Some programs allow you to attach files, chat with a group of users at once, or even send and view live video!
