Combined Auto Pay and Paper Free Billing Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions for the Auto Pay (AP) option: By enrolling in, using, or paying for Verizon service by AP, you agree to these terms and conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please notify Verizon immediately at 1.800.Verizon (1.800.837.4966).
1. Auto Pay Enrollment
Todos los meses autorizo a Verizon a realizar automáticamente el cobro o débito en mi tarjeta de crédito/débito o cuenta bancaria designada, según corresponda, del monto adeudado en mi factura. El cargo o débito por PA se realizará en la fecha especificada en mi notificación de facturación mensual o en mi factura mensual, que Verizon suministrará al menos 10 días previos a la fecha del PA. Comprendo que cuando la fecha en que se deba realizar el cobro o débito de mi Auto Pay ocurra durante fin de semana o feriado, Verizon iniciará el cobro o débito el siguiente día hábil.
Autorizo a Verizon a considerar mi firma electrónica como evidencia de mi consentimiento para guardar mi información de pago e iniciar transacciones de pago electrónicas desde mi tarjeta de crédito, débito o cuenta bancaria. Mi autorización por medio de una firma electrónica tiene el mismo efecto que una firma manuscrita en un contrato impreso.
Acuerdo pagar mi factura de Verizon hasta que la inscripción al PA se concrete y el mensaje que indica no realizar el pago aparezca en mi factura.
To cancel AP, I understand that I should access my account payment preferences at verizon.com/mybusiness, contact my local business office, or call 1.800.Verizon.
Comprendo que mi participación en PA está sujeta a la aprobación de Verizon.
Verizon y las instituciones financieras participantes, se reservan el derecho de interrumpir mi participación en esta opción de pago en cualquier momento, según lo estipulado por las leyes aplicables.
2. Actualizar la información de banco/tarjeta
I understand that if there is a change to my bank or card account information, including expiration date, I must sign in to my account at verizon.com/mybusiness or call 1.800.Verizon to update the AP enrollment information.

3. Errores de facturación
I understand and agree that Verizon is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits/charges.
If a billing error occurs, Verizon is responsible for correcting it if and when I notify Verizon of the error.
4. Pagos devueltos
I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by my financial institution or card issuer for any reason, then Verizon has the right to charge a returned item fee and to cancel my account from the AP option.
If my financial institution ever declines my automatic payment for any reason then Verizon will contact me and retry the transaction.
5. Cargos
I understand that Verizon does not impose a fee for participating in the AP option
I understand that I should verify with my financial institution to determine if additional charges apply.
6. Cambios y actualizaciones
- From time to time, Verizon may revise these Terms and Conditions. Material revisions to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective no sooner than 30 days after posting on the Verizon website at verizon.com/terms. If you do not agree to Verizon’s revision(s), you must terminate your AP enrollment immediately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use Auto Pay after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.

- Paper Free Billing Enrollment Each month I will receive an email and/or an SMS text notifying me that my bill is available online to view and pay. I must continue to pay my paper bill until I receive a notification that my bill is available online. By enrolling in Paper Free Billing, I also consent to receive suspension notices by email if I fail to pay my bill on time
- I agree to have Verizon stop mailing me a paper bill each month. Instead, Verizon will provide me with an electronic bill at verizon.com/mybusiness. I agree to view and pay my bill each month.
- I agree to have Verizon email me suspension notices to my email address in my verizon.com/mybusiness profile should I fail to pay my bill in a timely fashion.
- I understand that having a current and correct email address, and if applicable, wireless telephone number in my verizon.com/mybusiness profile for my accounts is essential in order for Verizon to provide me with important notices. I agree to promptly update my verizon.com/mybusiness profile information so that it always contains a current and correct email address, and if appropriate, wireless telephone number for me.
