Conferencing Audio Attack Promotion
ELIGIBILITY
Subject to the conditions set forth below, new and existing Company Conferencing customers (individually, a Customer) with a minimum of at least one year on their Verizon Business Services III master service agreement (hereinafter, Agreement) who include this Conferencing Audio Attack Promotion attachment in their Agreement, signed and submitted by January 31, 2016, will pay the rates and charges set forth below (Promotional Rates).
PROMOTIONAL RATES
1. Audio Conferencing
1.1 U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Customer will pay the following rates per minute for United States Audio Conferencing Service calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, rounded to the next higher full minute. Charges for services other than Toll Meet Me are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise.

1.2 Canada. For Audio Conferencing Dial Out and Toll Free Meet Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged the per-minute per-bridge port fixed rates described below. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below.

1.3 United States Dial Out International Audio Conferencing (Dial out from a U.S. Mainland bridge). Customer will receive a fixed discount of 20% off of the standard rates (which include both transport and bridging) for U.S. Mainland-bridged International Dial Out Audio Conferencing.
1.4 Global Access Transport Charges (United States-bridged). Bridging charges are additional and are priced at Customer's applicable Toll Meet Me Access rate per minute. Global Access Transport charges are not eligible for any additional discounts.

CONDITIONS
1. The Promotional Rates are in lieu of these rate or charge types for Audio and Net Conferencing set forth in the Agreement.
2. The Promotional Rates are coterminous with the term commitment of the Agreement.
3. No back credits arising from application of the Promotional Rates will be applied.
4. Customers will pay all other rates and charges for Audio and Net Conferencing services set forth in the Agreement that are not represented in this promotion.
5. Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on Audio and/or Per-Minute Net Conferencing.
