Internet Dedicated Bundled T3 Select Promotion – v3.0
Subject to the Conditions below, Customers ordering Company’s Internet Dedicated Tiered or Price Protected Option (PPO) T3 circuit (Promotional Circuit) will receive the promotional monthly recurring charges (MRCs) specified in Customer’s written agreement with Company (Agreement), which includes the MRC for a T3 (DS-3) local access loop (Network Services Local Access Service) as well as the Internet Dedicated circuit, based upon the Term of the Agreement, plus a waiver of related installation charges as shown in Agreement for each Promotional Circuit, as applicable, for the Term of the Agreement.
Conditions
1. The following are eligible for this promotion:
a. New Promotional Circuits
b. Existing Promotional Circuits being renewed
c. Upgrades to a Promotional Circuit type
2. The Promotional Circuit must be located entirely:

3. Eligible CLLI Locations are defined in the Service Publication and Pricing Guide and are subject to change.
4. Promotion must be included in Customer’s Agreement signed and submitted by January 31, 2012.
5. Promotional benefits are only available for Promotional Circuits installed after this promotion is included in the Agreement.
6. Customer commits to paying for the Promotional Circuit for the lesser of a minimum of 1 year from the circuit’s original Activation Date or the length of time remaining on Customer’s Term commitment (Commitment Period). If Customer terminates a Promotional Circuit before the end of the Commitment Period, Customer will pay an early termination charge of: (a) 75 percent of the applicable monthly recurring charges multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Commitment Period for such Promotional Circuit, if any; plus (b) all fees or early termination fees imposed by the access line provider, if any; plus (c) a pro rata portion of any and all credits received by Customer. However, early termination charges will not apply if Customer terminates a Promotional Circuit as part of an upgrade to the Promotional Circuit or an upgrade to any other Company service and Customer commits to paying for such upgraded Promotional Circuit or Company service for the remainder of the Commitment Period. In no event will Customer’s total termination liability exceed the full contract value of the terminated Promotional Circuit.
7. Company will determine the local access loop provider.
8. Promotional Circuits receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of the following promotions: “Reach The Network” Tiered Access, On The Network V Lit Building Access Promotion, On The Network V Cross Connect Promotion and Verizon Loyalty Plus Promotion I and Verizon Loyalty Plus Promotion II.
9. Unless stated otherwise, promotional rates/discounts are in lieu of all other discounts.
