Excellent product but not a lot of support. I worked at Verizon and got the product for my moms dog so knew how to work it but there's zero training for representatives and tech support on it. So I ended up being that rare 'go-to' problem solver. My main complaint with the product is the proprietary charging cable that you literally can't buy anywhere and in store we don't have a cable to test out of the product has a charging issue or product defect for warranty. My fix a lot of times was to sell out a new product, open up the box - test out the charging cable and see if it fixed the product - and if it did, return device and let customer keep cable because again, can't buy charging cable ANYWHERE outside of buying a new product and sending out for warranty they'd only send a new device and not new cable. Hopping someone within Verizon who can implement change sees this comment and can fix the inability of buying new charging cable
Works ok to passively track my dog, (once an hour), and recharge daily.

I track my dog with this, had to set it down to once an hour to keep it working all day and evening. My dog is out most of the day. the app is telling me that there is a software update available for the unit, but when I try to load it, it comes back after a few minutes and says it is already running the latest version. Also, I do not see any geofencing options, only location alerts. Perhaps I am missing something. I actually prefer the gizmo watch to this unit as I get several days out of a charge, its easier to get real time tracking, plus I can literally call my dog and tell him to come home, which he will.
