Watch doesn't work past 4 months of purchase. Watch reset itself and will not complete the process of turning back on. Waste of money.

I'm still paying on this watch that battery life doesn't even last a full day how is it supposed to track your sleep if you have to charge it overnight it kind of can't so that's useless that's the whole reason I bought it for was to track my sleep. So that part of its useless and I fell asleep on my couch one day and woke up in the screen was cracked obviously I wasn't running a marathon or finding buildings in my sleep for the screen to have cracked and I've read all the reviews were people have had similar issues with the screen cracking. I wouldn't recommend this watch because it's useless to me since the battery life is worthless and I can never get it to connect to be able to accept phone calls so that's useless as well I wouldn't recommend this for anybody unless you just want to activate yourself and I'm still paying on it still owe another $250 for a piece of garbage that's not worth $0.10 in my opinion and of course I haven't called Verizon to see if they'll do anything cuz I'm pretty sure they won't!

I purchased my Fossil Gen 5 from Verizon January 2022. Withing the first two weeks the main button fell out of the side, and I had only worn it twice. I had a cover and babies the watch because it was my first smart watch. The know fell off without any wrong doing on my part. I called and was told to make a claim on my insurance for replacement watch. Those charges actually cost close to the same price as the watch. Three weeks after I got the new watch, the face cracked. Again, I dont wear this watch often or in times I could cause it harm. I am gentle with all of my electronics. When it's time for any upgrades, I've always been told, my items look brand new. I take very good care of my possessions and did nothing to cause the face to crack. I don't wear it anymore, as I am afraid it will break, even more. I have an expensive watch I've paid for with insurance once and am still making my monthly payments since it is only May 2022 Ridiculous!!! ALL other Fossil watches have been great. Their smart watch is the worst. They have no true watch protectors for shock. If you slightly move your wrist it will break. It is not durable and with great care and attention as I provided to mine, it still broke twice. Save your money. When the knob fell off, I wanted to upgrade to a Samsung smart watch, and was unable per Verizon. Money was not an object, I was willing to pay extra. I just wanted something of better quality. I left messages and called for assistance. My calls were never returned from Verizon. I once had to have Verizon because I lived in an area with only Verizon service. I have moved and this combo of Fossil and Verizon has forced me to start looking for a new plan.

I bought this watch for my wife for her birthday. We are paying for the watch and a phone line wich is worthless. Verizon has made a gallant effort to get it working even giving us a new watch but it does not work. We cannot make it revive phone calls with it. It only works via Bluetooth. This has been a tremendous waste of our money and time. We have visited the Verizon store 3 times and spent many hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get it to work. I want her to have the smart watch, but if it's not going to work I need to get my money back.

I bought this watch from Verizon in fact went through 2 of them and Verizon could not get either of them to work after trying for a week. Sent them back.

I have had this watch for almost a year, and have had no problems with it. The battery life isn't great, but I have made do with that (I just charge it overnight - don't really NEED a watch while I sleep, right?). THEN I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S22. The watch wouldn't pair, then it paired but wouldn't update, THEN it reset and changed the language to something I can't read. I don't know whether Samsung just doesn't like Fossil watches or what, but I was very disappointed. I just upgraded to a different watch, so we will see in a couple days how much better that one is. For now, I'm a disappointed Fossil owner.

Not worth the headache, bull crap, and hassle. Crazy thing is they known about this issue over a year ago, do your research first, I promise you. I was to quick to jump

I bought my watch in December 2021. By February 2022 it stopped working. You can't file a claim because it's a manufacturers defect. The Verizon stores don't carry the watches or accessories. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

These watches should be pulled from the market! They have over heating issues, software issues and only work half the time! Verizon gave me almost $800.00 in bill credits vs giving me a refund of 365.00! Do not buy these out of date watches! The fossil 6 is out and they are not offering it for a reason!

Never worked, guess I am stuck with it now. Been a longtime customer of Verizon, I'm rethinking that decision.
