During this lesson, students will use the Design Thinking Process to pitch creating an esports team at their school. Students will develop and conduct an interview, research and brainstorm ideas for making a persuasive case, and build a digital pitch presentation. They will complete the project by sharing their pitch with a peer and exchanging feedback in a capture grid. 

Objectives

  • Learn how to apply the Design Thinking (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) as a pitch
  • Design and deliver a pitch persuading school administration to allow them to create an esports team
