This lesson explores some of the many other roles in the game design industry.
The activity focuses on what game writers do. Students will learn how to write a
compelling story and create interesting characters, as part of understanding
what a game writer might do. In order to be a game writer, you need to have
gaming experience; understand how to write and build a narrative; and also
have coding skills (they are very helpful for communicating more easily with the
game’s designers and developers).
