Connected this to the USB C port on laptop for a 2nd monitor. The monitor was connected via HDMI to the Belkin Hub and worked great for months. Now the device no longer charges the laptop and the monitor went black. No driver changes and unfortunately can't buy another one as it's out of stock. The only option is to buy a similar version with only HDMI port and no USB 3.0 ports. The one USB port on the laptop is for a wireless mouse.

Just what I needed to transfer pictures to my flash drive. Just used it first time day. I haven’t used all the features yet. But I wish the cable was a little longer. So far I am happy with it.
