Illumination is poor

I love the sleep analysis and the step tracking. Fitbit has the best app I’ve found for fitness so far. This device worked great in the beginning but it now has lost its illumination and at full charge I can only read the screen inside. The tracker also doesn’t count stairs correctly. This is my 3rd FitBit and I have enjoyed all of them but this tracker doesn’t count my stairs correctly. I called Fitbit about this and they didn’t have a suggestion for any repairs other than trade in for a discount coupon.

I love my fitbit. I've used various ones over the last 6 or 7 years and so far this is my favorite. I like that I can see everything very clearly, I can check the weather, check my calendar etc. It has a heart rate monitor, blood oxygen sensor, step tracker, sleep tracker and more. The app is super easy to use and gives me a detailed look at my sleep habits (I have anxiety disorders, so I track it quite a bit).

I have had my Fitbit for about two weeks now and it has stopped working again. The display is so dim you can’t make out the numbers. I have tried to reset it and re installed the device on the app , but to no avail. It is my second one that has done this to me. Not a fan and would not recommend. I wish I could return it.

Had this before my Versa 2 and I loved it. I had the charge 2 before and upgraded to this. Waterproof, great tracking, slightly limited on iPhone as far as replying to messages. But overall it’s a great product with great tracking.

This was my first fitbit product and I always kept it on as my primary watch. Along with recording activities I used it more for the sleep tracking. I found it really helpful for tracking my stress levels associated with a lack of good sleep.

My Charge 3 is everything I need in wearable tech. Step tracker, notifications alert, silent alarm. I also think the app is pretty intuitive. Unless you really want the extra functionality of a true smart watch, Fitbit is a great, affordable piece of wearable tech!

I bought my first Fitbit 4 years ago, the charge 2 and loved it, I wore it out. I bought the charge 3, 3 weeks and so far I love it. Easy to use, great features and worth every penny!

Problems with syncing to my fitness pal

I gave up my charge 2 as it was getting very old and I’d cracked the screen several times. I looked at the charge 4 and it seemed to have lots of issues with it. Why not get the charge 3? It had better ratings. I’ve had it now for about 2 weeks and it initially synced with my fitness pal. Then all of a sudden, it stopped syncing and no matter what I try, it will not sync. I’ve tried every trick provided online but it still won’t sync. Very frustrating with this new device. My charge 2 worked fine, it just looked bad with all those cracks. I’m ready to forget this device and add back my charge 2.

@angelica , This is compatible with all iPhone models, but to get the most out of it you would need to download and connect to the Fitbit app. There is no need for a computer connection, as any related info is communicated through either the smartphone app or found directly on the watch itself. - Russell
