My Palm kept dropping service constantly. Finally found out it was this case! After removing it, I no longer see the Emergency calls only. Thought it was my sim at first, but after testing a dozen times, it was definitely the case. Pretty much makes it useless. Stinks because I liked the blue case.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Nice colors and price! Bought 2, blue and black. Charges the Palm pretty quickly, enables wireless charging, protects phone and package arrived in a day !!! Not a Verizon customer but excellent shopping experience here :)

I charge my PALM once a day now with the mophie battery case, compared to 3-5 times a day prior... Additionally, it takes less than an hour for the phone to charge, and less than two for a complete charge. It delivers!

Palm, doing nothing but sitting on desk (not in life mode) has 17% battery left after 5 hrs. Turn on morphine..... only charges Palm up to 75% of capacity. You can do the math, but the total isn’t even close to 13 hrs while not talking on phone at all. Description is misleading at best.

I was looking forward to reduce the bulk from my old Galaxy S6 to a Palm but sadly, it's did not live up to expectations. Love the size. I even bought the expanded battery pack, which was in itself a big disappointment. The Palm runs hot and you can literally see the battery power drain during use. I mainly use it to listen to youtube music via bluetooth and run a GPS tracker app called Tracker while I bike. Even with the battery pack, it gets about 30 minutes of battery life! It sits powered down most of the time. Good product idea but poor delivery. If it wasn't for the gps, I'd just rather get an ipod.

This is just what the Palm needs for more frequent users...fits it like a glove and makes it easier to handle...recharges the battery from 0 to 80% in about 90 minutes...good quality.

Bought this directly from the store as I'm travelling from the UK. Absolutely amazing upgrade to my PALM I just got last month. It gives the phone a really nice robust design and protects from damages very well if you also get a screen protector. The additional power is really good for parties, festivals etc. and all together usually lasts a whole busy day using it every now and then (life mode turned on). I went to an event all day, a party in the evening and reached about 15% after both which is nice. If it's not enough you can still use your powerbank. It's still a tiny bit bulky but you'll get used to it and it's way better than just the PALM by itself without grip. The price is a little high considering it's just a case but due to it being unique on the market and including the powerbank + the small size it's DEFINITELY worth it. I love my phone and sizing down - wouldn't go back!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I really love the Juice Pack as it serves two purposes: 1) It extends the battery a lot, which is very necessary as the Palm's internal battery does not provided decent use and standby time. 2) It 'seconds' as a perfect fitting and strong case that is also so very needed as the Palm is a fragile device. My only issue with it is where the upper and lower case 'click' together. When trying to remove the juice pack from the phone, the top plastic connector broke. It really needs to be either stronger or re-engineering of the design provided. Mine broke, however, make sure you register yours as they are sending me a free replacement, which is great!

Can I charge the battery juice pack the same way I charge my phone and with the same charger?

How does it work? There is a button on the back but it does nothing. Plugging it in charges the phone but causes nothing on the batter to light up
