Contrary to past orders from Native Union which made me happy, this time was quite a disappointment. The product doesn't have the right finish, the case doesn't fit well to the iPhone 12. There are visible gaps between the iPhone edges and the case. I wanted to send the case back but return instructions required submission to Hong-Kong. I understand HK is Native Union's preferred location but for packages send from Europe HK location is very inconvenient and expensive.
