I have had this case on my phone for less than a month. I dropped it once and the outside cover is already scraped up and rough to touch. I would like a replacement. This is not worth the money

I can barely text through the case. I have to punch the letters . My screen loses most of its touch ability with this case. I had to take it off to use my phone. Complete waste of money. Very disappoinyed.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I gave it 5 stars for how well it protects. I just wished that the clip holder case had an opening for the camera lens. Otherwise, I’m totally satisfied.

Case is sturdy and completely waterproof so if you’re looking for protection it has that. Unfortunately, being that it’s waterproof and sealed, all speakers a blocked/muffled so talking on the phone almost has to be in speaker mode and listening to music or watching videos the sound quality is awful

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Love the construction of this case. Problem I have is that the case doesn’t line up perfectly on all the sides and the top didn’t fully like latch closed. And the case construction feels just a little cheap for what you’d expect. But overall a great case.

The iPhone 14 Pro Max phone itself, is already large, when adding the OtterBox Fre Series Case on makes the width of the phone extremely wide. Definitely can not text with one hand. I have always used OtterBox for protection on my previous phones and have never "broke" a phone or cracked a screen so when I got a new phone the 1st thing I did was order a new OtterBox case for it. I was very disappointed with the Fre Series as it is super slippery. A very small portion of the case is grippy but it is on the front of the case so in order to utilize it & keep the phone from slipping off of a counter or on the console of your car, etc. you must have the phone face down. Those 2 downfalls caused me to take the case off and not use it. Waste of money. I went with an off brand that was slimmer and had a grippy texture on all sides. Sorry to say I was disappointed in the Fre Series.
