Awful sleep tracking

Great for counting step, awful for sleep tracking and heart rate. The result is an insanely expensive step counter. Sleep data always has an hour two gap with NO DATA at all, and this gap means your sleep times totals are inaccurate, which also affects your sleep and energy scores. Then, the sad yellow bouncy piece of toast appears to shame you for something that the ring and watch failed to do. I'm moving on to another brand of ring and watch. Samsung should be ashamed to even offer these devices at all.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Good start to track sleep and other work outs, but it doesn't seem to track when your phone is not with you when you walk or run. This would have been useful if it can track your locoation and steps without your phone andnjust syncs when its within range again. Other than that, it just basically duplicates what your watch already does

Not worth 400. Doesn't have continuous heart rate monitoring. Only tracks sleep and has a few short cuts for your phone. It should have light or some type of display on the outside and have more functionality

To check your heart rate history: > From Galaxy Wearable, tap Heart rate. To check all heart rate records, tap View all. You can also record your heart rate manually, if you wish. Here's how: 1. From Galaxy Wearable, tap Heart rate. 2. Tap Measure to start measuring your heart rate. 3. Tap Save to store the record. With the Galaxy Ring, you can keep track of your health and wellness using energy, sleep, heart rate, and activity tracking features. The data from each can be viewed in the Samsung Health app. Also, the Galaxy Ring supports gestures! If your phone is operating One UI 6.1.1 or higher, you can dismiss alarms or take photos or videos simply by double pinching your fingers. You just have to enable the setting first. To do this: 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. If you have more than one Wearable connected, such as Galaxy Buds or a Galaxy Watch, then you will need to navigate to the Ring first. From here, tap Gestures. 3. Tap the switches next to Dismiss alarm and Take picture or video. 4. Tap Try it to test whether or not the ring is capturing your gesture.
