Enjoyed it while it lasted me for a little bit over a year. Pretty disappointed in its life cycle being so short and the price tag so big. Like many recent reviews below mentioned, the ring just does not want to operate any more and disconnects as soon as you put it on your finger being fully charged. It's a gradual dying process as at first the battery would not last but a few hours and I would wake up to a ring disconnected and totally dead. I also believe as some users mentioned, the latest firmware update might have contributed to its demise. I wish Samsung could investigate this issue before some Class Action suit gets filed against them. Also, to "Debra" from Samsung R&R group, - No need to respond to my post and educate me on one year warranty and Samsung Care Plus. None of it matters at this point.

Like many others have said, I have owned several samsung products (watch, tv, tablets, phone, etc.) and loved them all -- but I do NOT recommend this one. I haven't worn it very much (since I also have the watch) but when I tried to recharge it and wear it again the other day - its just dead.. the ring itself won't light up. I have tried all of the instructions about resetting it, my charger works and shows that the ring is at 51% but the ring has no lights and so when I remove it from the charger, it disconnects. Unfortunatly, its about a year old now so doubt it would be covered, I just didn't except this product to break so soon since I barely used it and it mostly just stayed in the charging station.

Battery fails after a year

I have had many samsung products- love them all. This is the first Samsung product I cannot recommend. I have had it for a year- worn it consistently but the battery hs gotten progressively worse. At this point it lasts a day if I'm lucky and do not leave the house but even less if I venture out. I tried all the fixes but the battery has never gotten better.

Quit Working After 17 Months

I purchased Galaxy Ring August 2024. The battery drains within one hour after being fully charged. I tried all the steps in the troubleshooting guide and problem remains. I expected the ring to last longer than 1 year. The warranty was only good for 12 months so the only chance of getting it repaired is to send it to Samsung's repair shop. They don' give you an idea of what the possible cost to diagnose and repair the ring would be. I definitely would not recommend this product.
