Followed directions to a T but not only did I get bubbles-it also cracked in half and never adhered to phone. Big huge bubbles wouldnt smooth out so Face ID no longer recognized me. Bought a cheap one at a dollar store that worked better!

I used to rave about the zagg brand. I’ve bought about 10 screens and products, but every time I get a new one, it cracks so easily. I’m not sure if the material has changed, but it used to hold up really well compared to other branded products. The last 2 that I bought including the one that I’m using, both cracked in a week. When I first bought the product I would drop it to show people how good the screen was against falls. Now if it drops in between my car seat it starts cracking. It used to be a great product, it’s just ok now

Does it cover the whole screen or just most of it? Does it fit with the Otter box symmetry case?

How do you register a broken screen? Mine has 2 cracks.
