Bubbles and lifting at corners

I bought this shield and had it put on by someone at Verizon a few weeks ago. The corners are already lifting and I keep getting bubbles!

I received my Zagg Invisible Shield HD but, haven't been able to apply it to my watch face. After removing it from the instruction pamphlet there was a piece of paper stuck onto the shield. I tried picking the paper off but it obscured the view of the watch icons. I did contact Zagg immediately and they are replacing the shield under warranty. I haven't received the replacement shield yet.
