Slow processor and insensitive touch screen

even with comparatively small number of apps, these models don't have the capacity to multitask, or processor faster [functionalities]. my phone often gets crashed/restart by itself without any prompt. texting ability [completes the wordings slow] and touch sensitivity are poor. despite being cheap with some service providers, i wouldn't recommend this product.

I bought this phone to replace my s8 that unfortunately took a dive of of a 12ft ladder. Being in construction I did not want to buy a $1000 dollar phone. I got phone and it worked ok a little slow but tolerable at first. . Than after the “ test drive” period it got very very slow. I only use outlook and Facebook that’s it. It took an average of 20 seconds to load any app. As well as using the app. There was a long delay even typing text messages. I factory reset the phone at least 5 times since I got it with same results. I still owe 120.00 on this phone and it’s sitting in my night stand. I replaced it with a used iPhone s6 and that works perfect. Save your money . I get it’s a cheap phone but come on it’s not even usable.

I was happy about the price and I was content about the finger print scanner on the power button, however, the limited space really hurts(ik I could get a memory card to put in but it's not worth it). The lag on this phone via touch response is so bad people around me can notice. It is a $150 phone through and through. If you do everything to manage your life through your phone do not get this

This piece of crap misses incoming calls. My husband rushed home from work one day because I wasn't answering his calls and he thought something had happened to me. Nope. This piece of crap misses incoming phone calls. And, I missed the 30-day return/refund window due to the holidays.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I was told that this Samsung Galaxy A12 phone was compatible with Dexcom G6 and a Galaxy watch which neither are,yet most are. This is why I bought the phone so I could also use it to keep track of my sugar levels, if I was told it was not compatible I would not of bought it. I'm just a little confused on why this phone is not. I guess other wise it's an OK phone.

I downgraded to the A12 from a Note9. Had no idea that the processor would be so inferior to my four year old phone. If you are used to gaming on your phone, this one will not be sufficient. Significant lag makes it completely useless for gaming. Response time for clicking on the Google search bar until the keyboard pops up is nearly three seconds. The Note 4 had better performance. Get a refurbished premium phone before buying this one if you desire any performance whatsoever. But if you don't need performance, capacity or anything but FB, Twitter, calling and occasionally use the internet this is a decent value compared to spending $800-$1200 for a phone. I think buying a decent Ipad with 4/5g capability in addition to this bottom tier performance phone could be an alternative cost wise. But DO NOT have any high hopes if you are used to a premium phone within the last several years. This is not usable with games that require much storage or memory. Connectivity has very slow response which doesn't help. Wishing I had paid more attention to reviews instead of hoping that performance of new phone might be remotely similar to the performance of any premium I have had in the last several years. Buyer beware!! You really do get what you pay for here.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I had another brand phone that was defective. Verizon was helpful and replaced my defective phone with the Samsung A12, I can't complain. The A12 is OK, not great but not bad once you get it fully setup. The camera could be somewhat better. It could use a faster processor and more RAM, but it's a sub $200 phone, it's what you can expect to get. My major issue with the A12 is the display glass, it does not appear to be coated so it is finger smudge and smear magnet. I would have preferred one of the Motorola phones as a replacement, but that was not an option.

i've almost always had samsung phones but this one is the worst phone i've ever used. i hate every single thing about it. samsung really dropped the ball on it. they are much better than this piece of crap. now i have to spend more money to risk buying another phone. i have never had a phone i hated let alone hated this much

this galaxy a12 sucks the camera does not work half of the time the volume is not good on this phone either and its so slow i hate it with a passion but can not afford another might go back to see if i can exchange it for something better don't get this product
