Could Be Better

Grace - Hace 14 horas

Sí, recomendaría este producto.

I have owned the Note 20 Ultra for 3 months & while it's an upgrade in some areas it can feel like a downgrade in others. I love the bigger screen & 120 hz but unable to use the screen to max resolution on this setting. I appreciate the higher PPI/resolution on Samsung screens. The removal of headphone jack is frustrating because I still use the auxiliary port in my car. Regular use of the adaptor in charging port would just add more wear & tear. I am also sensitive to EMF & like to limit Bluetooth/Connection. The camera is nice but a challenge to get clear shots for moving children & pets, many pics come out blurry. I also take pics of receipts & paperwork but some of the words are blurry as well. Not a great for macro shots. My Note 9 took better close ups. I think the Note 20 Ultra camera is fine for landscapes & still objects. Portrait mode & wide angle are nice. Video quality is nice but not as smooth as iPhone. Call quality is loud & clear; however, I'm experiencing an increase of dropped calls & failed text messages. Seems to be a common complaint with this phone & even the newer S21 models. Not sure if it's Verizon, Samsung or the transition to 5G but this needs to be fixed. Sometimes my phone won't ring but will alert me I have a voice-mail. I am experiencing more incidents like this while indoors. Battery life is ok but it could also be better. For the most part this phone is good & most people will be happy if not experiencing glitches or dropped calls.

Absolutely the worst phone

Geoff - Hace 12 horas

Truly the worst phone to recently come out. From the horrible software updates I kept reading about and how they caused more issues than good, I literally had not done a single update as I would not allow them to be installed. From that to the horrible screen that was so darn sensitive while scrolling, I can't tell how many links got clicked due to its sensitivity. It wasn't the touch sensitivity setting turned on. I could turn it on, then off and it was good for about an hour then right back to the same issue. Went through 2 of them. The first one lasted about 3 months before it just died. The 2nd had a similar fate but was my own doing From dealing with the constant issues. I had the Note 10 and regret to this day selling it to upgrade to the 20. The 10 was an awesome phone. The 20 is literally the biggest bust. Now I'm stuck with the S21 ultra because I refuse to go back to apple but if it came to choosing between a note 20 and a crop iPhone, I'd probably have to go with the iPhone. Sad thing was I bought the 20 outright and had barley 6 months of headache. I give the 21 about 3 months before it breaks. Whatever you do, don't waste your time and money on this phone. You'll be extremely disappointed. Honestly, it's not even worth 1 star.
