    When you order a new phone from us, it will be ready to activate when you turn it on. Simply follow the steps on your screen to complete activation and set up.

  2. I have my own phone that I didn't purchase from Verizon. How can I activate it?

    Visit our Bring Your Own Device page to check eligibility. If your phone is compatible with our network you'll be taken through the steps to activate it.

  3. If I'm bringing my own phone how long after I activate will I be able to use it?

  4. I need a SIM card for the phone I'm bringing. How do I get one?
