When will my account transition to Verizon?

-
What will my Bill Cycle date be when my service is transitioned to Verizon?
When your service transitions to Verizon:
- If you already have a Verizon mobile account, your wireless home internet service will be added to your existing account. Your bill cycle date won't change.
- If you don't already have a Verizon mobile account, you'll get a new account, including a new bill cycle and payment due date.
Note: If you have scheduled automatic payments through your bank, or if you’re a business that has your accounts payable systems set up with Bluegrass Cellular, you’ll need to update your system with the Verizon name and account number.
Visit our Auto Pay FAQs for instructions to set up and manage Auto Pay. -
Am I able to change the due date on my account?
Yes. To request a change, contact Customer Service. Be aware that changing your bill due date changes your billing cycle. This may cause your next bill to be higher than normal if you make the due date later than it is now.

What is going to happen to my rates?
Verizon has committed to transitioning Bluegrass customers to Verizon plans comparable to those you enjoy with Bluegrass for the same or less total monthly price. You may see discounts on your new Verizon bill reflecting this.
-
What if I had a discount through my employer or for another reason?
Your discount will remain the same for 12 bill cycles, after which time you’ll need to recertify your employment status to continue to enjoy any discounts that may be available at that time.
Verizon cannot guarantee that the same discount will be available after your current discount offer expires. -
Am I required to stay on the new Verizon plan?
No, if there is another Verizon plan you qualify for that better meets your needs, you can move to that plan.
Business customers can find more information about Verizon plans available to you in My Business after you set up a My Business account. You can also consult with a Verizon Customer Service representative to learn more. -
