AMC+ offer for Fios Home Internet FAQs

AMC+ is a new premium streaming bundle that includes new shows and movies from AMC, BBC America, IFC and Sundance TV, plus full access to streaming services, including Shudder, Sundance Now and IFC Films Unlimited. You get early access to AMC's biggest shows, (including The Walking Dead!), exclusive series you can't see anywhere else, subscriptions to three popular on demand shows at no additional cost, plus acclaimed movies and shows, all ad-free and on demand.

For a limited time, you can get 12 months of AMC+, on us, if you sign up for a new Fios Home Internet account between 11.18.21 - 2.10.22, with one of the following eligible plans: 

• Gigabit Connection
• 500M
• 400M
• 300M
• 200M

You can only redeem one AMC+ offer. If you have new mobile and Fios service, you must choose one offer to redeem.

You can only redeem one AMC+ offer with Verizon. If you have an AMC+ offer for a  new Fios Home Internet account, as well as an eligible mobile phone offer, you must choose one offer to redeem.

If you already have an AMC+ subscription through another company (e.g.  Apple® TV, Amazon® Prime), you will need to cancel it with the other company before you redeem the Verizon offer to redeem.

If you have a paid or promotional AMC+ subscription directly with AMC, you will need to contact AMC Customer Service to cancel that subscription. You can then follow the instructions provided by Verizon to redeem your promotional offer. If you try to register before doing so, you will be prompted during the redemption flow with instructions on how to proceed.

You can redeem the offer after your Fios Home Internet service has been installed and activated. You will also get an email with instructions on how to redeem the offer.

• Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Go to AMC+.
• Create an AMC+ account.
• If you already have a subscription to AMC+ through another company (e.g.  Apple TV, Amazon Prime), you will need to cancel that subscription before redeeming the offer.
• Your promotion code will be automatically applied, and your cart should show a $0 balance. You will not be asked to enter a credit card number.
• You can now begin watching AMC+ on up to 5 devices at the same time.
  

If you can't find the AMC+ tile, either the offer has already been redeemed or the 60-day redemption period may have been exceeded and the offer has expired. Also, please confirm that no one in your family has already redeemed the offer.

You have 60 days after your Fios Home Internet service is installed and activated to redeem the offer.

If you cancel your Fios service before redeeming the offer, you will no longer be eligible for the promotion.

If you switch to another eligible Fios Home Internet plan, you can still redeem the original offer. 

If you switch to a non-qualifying Fios Home Internet plan, (e.g. 100M), you will no longer be eligible for the AMC+ offer.

Using your new AMC+ account, you can watch on up to 5 devices at the same time:

• Online at  www.amcplus.com.
• Or using the new AMC+ app that is available on:
  • iOS
  • Android
  • Apple TV
  • Roku 
  • Fire TV

Note: You must use the AMC+ website and app, not the AMC app or website.

Your promotion will continue to run until the original end-date. The promotion will not pause during any suspension of service.

 

To find the promotion end-date:

• Check your monthly billing statement for the promotion end-date.

 

A month before the AMC+ offer ends, you will receive a reminder email from Verizon that you will start to be billed for AMC+ at the end of the promotion. If you do not cancel AMC+ by the end of the 12-month offer period, your AMC+ subscription will automatically renew, and you will be billed by Verizon for $8.99/month.

You can cancel the subscription at any time during your promotional period by contacting Verizon Customer Service. 

However, you will still have access to AMC+ for the original 6-month or 12-month promotional period.

Make sure you are using the AMC+ website or app.

If you are being asked for a TV provider, you are on the AMC website or app, which is for cable accounts. You do not need a Verizon TV package to use this AMC+ offer.

Please confirm that you are using the AMC+ (Plus) app or www.amcplus.com. These are different from the AMC app and website.
