Eric Cevis

President, VPS

Eric is President of Verizon Partner Solutions for, Fortune 100, Verizon Communication Services Inc., responsible for domestic and international wholesale revenue growth and strategy; including marketing, sales, customer service, and wholesale business operations. He was named to this position in March 2014 to grow a $5 billion dollar revenue business and lead full P&L for the thousands of employees under his direction across the Global Wholesale industry. He has exceeded industry and business revenue targets for each year he has been in this leadership role; as well as each of the 30 plus years he has been in the telecommunications/technology industry.

Jeff Hulse

US Sales

Jeffrey leads the combined Sales and Solutions Engineering teams. In this role, Jeff leads the Sales, Solutions Engineering and New Business Development efforts for Verizon Partner Solutions in North America, with a focus on the US telecom sectors. This includes top strategic carriers, local exchange carriers, Internet Service Providers, and Applications and Content Delivery providers. Previously Jeff has held leadership positions across Strategy Development & Execution, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Carrier Management for Verizon Partner Solutions and other Verizon affiliate organizations.

Patrick Sullivan

International Sales

Patrick leads International Sales for VPS, providing sell to and sell through of wholesale products and solutions to all Communications Service Providers who are headquartered outside the USA & Canada, split into three key regions EMEA, APAC and LATAM. The sector includes Fixed and Mobile carriers, Internet Service Providers, Licensed operators, Cable companies and Resellers. Patrick joined Verizon in 2008 and spent 13 years in Cable & Wireless across a number of business areas including Finance, Business Development, Carrier Management and Sales, culminating in the Global Carrier Sales responsibility for Cable & Wireless International Wholesale division.

Sonal Patel


Sonal A. Patel leads Marketing for Verizon Partner Solutions and is responsible for developing the winning strategy and vision for the global wholesale business unit, and management of Verizon Wholesale's product portfolio to drive revenue growth, gain market share and also inspire thought leadership through the development of key partnerships, targeting new customer segments and launching new products and services. Prior to her current, role, Sonal was a Director of Marketing in Verizon Wireless, responsible for Consumer CRM Programs focused on base growth in key programs: Winback, AAL, Price Plan Step Ups, Churn Prevention and Product & Device Upgrades/Lifecycle.

Darren Kolb

Client Services

Darren Kolb is Executive Director of Verizon Partner Solutions Client Services, leading Verizon's global wireline wholesale operations including customer ordering for access & local services, Fiber-to-the-Cell (FTTC) and Ethernet; competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) provisioning & maintenance; voice product operations and wholesale systems transformation. Prior to that role, Darren served as Director of Global Service Delivery, and was a key contributor in the transformation of the Delivery space from a Network Centric to a Network Agnostic model for the Digital Transformation. Darren brings 24 plus years of telecommunications industry experience to the Verizon team and is also certified as a Verizon Lean Six Sigma (VLSS) Black Belt.

Brian Brady

Business and Sales Operations

Brian leads the VPS Business and Sales Operations team, which encompasses sales, marketing coordination and business operations. Brian is also responsible for operational metrics and local regulatory compliance, reporting, penalties and FCC Special Access mandates, including Performance Assurance Plan (PAP) and Carrier-to-Carrier (C2C) metrics across 10 states. Brian's team provides direction and support for systems and reporting development, with particular insight into sales tool automation and processes, including (SFDC), Verizon Rapid Delivery (VRD) and SharePoint applications. Brian's team also provides expertise and support for customer quoting and ordering, using both VRD (Current Platform) and legacy applications, with particular focus on international customers.

Jenn Parkhill

Strategy Execution and Program Management

Jenn leads the Strategy Execution and Program Management team for VPS. Jenn is responsible for the execution of key strategic initiatives and engaging with key cross-functional teams to deliver on organizational goals. Previously, Jenn held leadership positions in marketing with responsibility in marketing communications, as well as for the development and implementation of strategic marketing, brand and communications plans, the optimization of global sponsorship and event opportunities, social media, and customer communications to capture and prioritize voice of customer feedback from multiple forums. Parkhill received a B.A. degree from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and M.B.A from the University of Colorado.
