The Griddy. The Ickey Shuffle. If there’s one thing every football player needs to know, it’s what dance they’ll do when they score a touchdown. On today’s episode of Up To Speed, hosts Andy Choi and Jess Bonardi headed to an L.A. dance studio to work on their moves.

If you have an idea that you’d like to share, record your moves and send the clip to the Good Mailbox at good@verizon.com.
