Old phone pay-off: Bring your eligible old phone to a VZ retail store along with a bill from your current service provider. Bill must be dated within 30 days of the current date & show an outstanding smartphone loan balance on the number being transferred to VZ.

Smartphone must be active on that number. You must have made at least three loan payments with your current provider. Pay off credit amount is based on the outstanding loan balance, not to exceed $800; credit will be applied to your VZ acct after 2-3 bills. You remain solely responsible for paying off your old phone with your service provider.

VZ reserves the right to charge back to your acct all or a portion of the value of the up to $800 promotional credit you received as part of this offer in the event you no longer meet the eligibility requirements. Any such charge back may be subject to the terms of your VZ agmt.
