Account Maintenance and Management

While logged into My Business Wireless, you can resume service to a mobile line as follows:

1. Navigate to Manage > Plans > Resume Service
2. If you have more than one account, select an account
3. On the Resume service number selection page, select the line(s) you want to suspend or click Select all for all the lines on an account, then click Continue
4. Click Submit

Your service will usually resume within one hour of completing the above steps. Plus, we'll send you a confirmation at the listed email address. You can also have this confirmation email sent to additional recipients by clicking +Add another email address.
