Performance Measures

Verizon offers users an opportunity to sign up for access to Monthly Wholesale Performance Measurement reports online. Instructions for access are below:

  • Update your Local Services Profile data via the Customer Profile Self-Service Tool (CPSST)
  • Have access to the LSI application, or obtain user ID and password credentials by completing the CUA registration form and selecting the LSI WISE application.
  • Send an email to WQAT@verizon.com to request your reports. Please include the following within your email:
    • Specify states, and the appropriate ACNA/AECN/RSIDs in those states, for which you require reports
    • Indicate specific reports you require, either Carrier to Carrier and/or Performance Assurance Plan

Systems Support

For system support-type problems (e.g., difficulty logging onto Wholesale Portal), please open a Care ticket via Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange. If you do not have access to Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange, please contact your Company User Administrator. If you need assistance identifying your administrator, you may email vps-care@verizon.com
