It works well. My previous phone had low volume. This one can be set to loudly ring and talk. Easy to use. May complaint is that at the store they could not run my contacts over to my new phone, so I had to enter them all by hand…….

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This is a basic phone,it's.Easy to navigate through the menu and it has more features than I will use. It has a solid feel to it and can easily fit into your jacket pocket and not feel bulky. The sound of incoming calls is really good and clear.The keyboard numbers are easy to read,and so is the screen. This phone to me seems to charge really quick compared to my older phone. I would buy this phone again without hesitation I love it!

This is a great phone for my two grandchildren to share! I didn’t want to get them a smartphone; I’d like to delay that for as long as possible!The only downside is no voicemail. Other than that this phone is just what they need to communicate with me and their friends.

According to the associate, this TCL was the only flip phone available, no Kyoceras, next up was a hyper-expensive Samsung. It turned out to be trash, made weird grinding noises, my husband hated it by day two. And guess what? Kyocera are readily available, no problem, bought one (from Verizon, could have been Amazon), took it to the store for set-up, my husband is happy, and the trash phone is going back.

The phone is mostly fine. You would think a phone called Voice & Txt would do those thing really well. Voice works flawlessly, however the speech-to-txt available on other Flip 3 models isn't on this model. Disappointed.

The sales person told us it had voice activation and it does not. My husband is partially blind and cannot see the buttons to call someone. Now we have a phone that is useless.

I got really tired of using smartphones. People today are mentally sick using their smartphones for everything except common sense. Nobody needs all that junk on their phones. I like simplicity and normality. Great flip phone overall.

Does this have a physical location for the sim card, or is it an eSim? I know most smart phones are going to eSims now.
