As much as us customers Dsi end on a phone the charger should be free . It cost me almost 45 bucks for the cord and the charger that plugs into the wall . Needless to say my cord already went bad and had to stop in Monroe Michigan to get a cord at a Verizon store . I’m a trucker and it’s very hard for me and I live in Pittsburgh pa . The cord alone cost me I think 20 bucks why do they not last like they use to be .

This was an upsell when I purchased the phone and I never got it. I contacted both Fed Ex and Verizon and they said it was delivered but I never got it. They believe it was stolen from my porch. I live in a gated community and my desk faces my front door. I would have seen someone take it. Now I am out $100.00.

Works like it should! Love the new cable cord design as it seems like it will last longer and stand up to twisting and bending that always takes its toll on the plastic/vinyl ones.

Being a senior person I was waffling about purchasing a new charger. With so many advancements in technology, it's confusing. I went to our local Verizon store and the store employee was quite to point our USB-C and USB-C Cable, 1M. I was shown two different appliances and decided on these two. What a difference in boost to recharge my phone! Needless to say it was a great choice.
