Order Never Arrived, Poor Communication, and Delayed Refund

I never received the order and spent hours on the phone over two days with customer service, but they couldn’t resolve the issue. Eventually, I got through to someone on the sales team who helped navigate the cancellation and told me I’d receive a refund on my gift card—which I’ve yet to receive. The reason I had to cancel the order was that the items were out of stock, but I was never informed. The order status just showed as “delayed,” and even customer service didn’t know why it wasn’t shipping.

There was no decline in picture quality with this streaming device. The remote works well. I enjoy the simple sleek design of the device. It is compact and blends into any space.

The UI is significantly better than the original chromecast, and heaps better than the Amazon firestick. The setup took approximately 10 minutes and requires a google account. Really love this design tbh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Google streamer is ok. If you have roku or firestick, I would recommend those products over the Google TV streamer. The remote is nice and sleek. The connectivity is a bit cumbersome. You'll need to plug in an adapter and use an hdmi cord (2 cords) to connect the device to your TV. If you're like me, most of your administration ports are taken from other devices ( i.e., game consoles).
