I called to decrease bill. The very friendly customer service lady recommended I remove a add on. To save $39p0 a month. My next bill was $101.00 more than my original!! Because when I removed the $30. Addon it deleted my other promotions. It's taken me so far 3 months and hours of phone calls pleading to return my bill to the original amount. It still isn't fixed! After 22 years with verizon it's time to part ways! Hello t-mobile.

Because an iPhone was sent back to Apple due you the fact that they were sending me two, Verizon would not ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD FROM MY OTHER NEW PHONE. THIS WENT ON FOR 6 weeks at least. I went to TWO VERIZON CORPORATE STORES and 44 phone calls where EVERY TIME I TOLD THEM TO TAKE MY NUMBER I DID NOT GET ONE CALL BACK. ONE WAS FOR 90 MINUTES and ONE WAS FOR 2 1/2 Hours and STILL NOT ONE CALL BACK. EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT YOU!!!! And EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR LEASE IS UP ON THE TOWERS AND EVERYONE KNOWS T-MOBILE BOUGHT OUT COMCAST TOWERS SO GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
