I have three sets of the AeroFit Pro earbuds, and every single set has physically broken near where the hard earbud transitions to the softer over the ear (zoom into the photo and you will see it) hook. And once that happens, after about three months, the earbud loses its form, fit, and function and never stays close to your ear. As an engineer, I would say its poor material selection combined with not enough testing in real life usage (body sweat). I wore these religiously and only took them off once per day to sleep. Perhaps this is intended to keep sales high. Oh, and it happens on both left and right ears, using the neck strap, which I like a lot. In fact, after overcoming the batteries discharging at drastically different rates, I really began to think these buds were the cat's meow. However, after talking to tech support, they wanted to offer me a $30 coupon to buy another $180 pair. Too bad they lost my business for life after not supporting their almost great product. Hope this helps the next potential buyer.

So, after a year and a half and warranty ran out I have made my opinion on these. They are trash! I went through 3 pairs of these until the warranty was up. After six months the right side went out again. Not worth $179.99 for six months of use. Maybe 29.99.

They sound good. They take longer to connect to whichever device I’m using than what I’m used to but they are fine.

I have never had ear buds like those, they were the worst. Low output of sound and music. These should be given away as a promo never to be sold!!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I had ordered one and canceled the order because it billed my acct and I wanted to use a gift card. I reordered with help on line to get the gift card on the purchase. Two items were delivered one on my account one on the card.

Great battery like for both the buds and charging case. A little uncomfortable on my ears if wearing for hours at a time, but that’s to be expected as no two ears are alike and it’s only after 5-6 hours of wear that I notice it.

Perfect sound and clarity. The battery last better than expected with and without the case. They are light and super reliable during mid rainy showers on my bike runs.
I once dropped a bud in some soapy water and nothing happened once I pulled it out. Dropped them when taking off my shirt and no damage but that was my fault for not having the neckband.
The neckband works though. I skateboard and they do not fall out when I have the neck band on
Only flaw for these is not noise cancellation. It's the sizing. They stick out more if you have larger ears but the sound and phone call quality does not beat the price range and reliability. Hopefully there can be another version with flexible hooks so I wouldn't have to turn up the volume on strong earbuds.
