The case cracks, very easily.

I was swayed by a Verizon employee to purchase this over my usual clear Otterbox case, and I regret it. Not only did I spend significantly more money, but the case cracked almost immediately after purchasing. I was told they were incredibly durable, but after dropping my phone once on wood floors, only from a couple feet at that, hairline cracks already started appearing on the edges of the case. I've had the case for a few weeks now, the sides are riddled with hairline cracks, and there is a large crack down the back of the phone case now too. It about 2in long and split the phone case completely. All from being knocked off of a coffee table onto linoleum flooring.
The case comes with a warranty, but they still charge for shipping and processing when ordering a replacement.
Regardless, I will not be purchasing this brand again, and I definitely wasted my money.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
The case is thicker/bulkier than I had expected. The drop protection being 13' rather than 6.6' is likely why this case is thicker than my previous clear Zagg case. (By the way, the old slimmer case did a fine job of protecting my previous iPhone.)
