The rep that helped my son get his phone for some reason added a new line to my account which made no sense and put the new line on the old broken phone and it took 2 hours with tech support when he got home to fix the mess that guy made.

Promotion said "Free Upgrade" when add a line, I added a line and they gave me the standard iPhone 15, but at a hefty price tag of $900.00 plus I am paying an additional 120.00 a month for the new line so my bill went from 130.00 a month to 379.00 a month.. Absolutely Not happy with this type of marketing and persuasion. First off, I did not get a free upgrade and second now I am paying almost triple than what I was before. My previous phone iPhone 13 pro - would have been paid off in February so guess what they meant by a Free upgrade is that they would pay the remaining balance I owed of $132.00 in exchange for an additional payment of 300+ a month. That was the most expensive $132 savings I ever received. Not cool
