My husband and I got 2 of these phones and both of them have given us nothing but problems! Frequently missing calls and locking without service, still having the same issues after being sent a warranty replacement. Now the phone is separating from its self for no reason, the phone hasn’t been dropped and has been in a case the whole time. Don’t go with any “A” series phone your wasting your time and money! Would love for Samsung themselves to get in contact with us.

I purchased this phone last year it's more than what I expected and then sum...I like it too much specially since I've dropped it a handful of times and still it's holding g itself together

I had to get a phone after the ui.6 update on my samsung galaxy s22 ultra crashed the phone in December of 2023. I have had the Samsung A14 since December of 2023 I have never had a phone in my entire life that drops almost every call, won't make calls, has a hard time sending text messages or receiving messages, is unbelievably slow, turns off when I'm charging the phone, the 5G internet access is a complete joke as well. I have restarted this phone well over 100 times. This is unacceptable, this phone is garbage. If anyone at all is reading this please do not get this phone! I understand it's cheap but dude it's 2024 there is no reason that this should happen for anyone's phone. Also, for the love of God, who's genius idea was it to sell phones without including a charger?

I got this phone and so did my partner when we signed up for a mobile carrier . It's the worst !! I have always had a Samsung galaxy and they were all better than this one. It freezes up constantly, goes to different web pages right in the middle of my reading text. It closes when it feels like it....like it has a mind of its own!! Both of our phones are trash...too bad we paid for them !! Wasted....
