Battery life is poor

Battery runs dead very quickly. It also runs very hot when charging. No new updates for over 6 months and I can hardly ever get a 5G signal. I would not recommend. I am stuck with an expensive low quality connection.

Works much better than the Solis 5G global hotspot I had. Only problem is the odd loss of internet connection every few hours for no more than 2 minutes. Also make sure to run a VPN if you are having trouble connecting to gaming services

OK when it works well - no real assistance from customer service for problems

Works well when it works. It is slow to boot up and if there are any questions or technical problems customer service seems unable to help. They are either unfamiliar with the device and/or have almost no ability to help with problems.

The device is great! The setup process was clunky as we didn't realize it wasn't activated at delivery. Some notice inside the box that explains the activation process would be most appreciated and helpful.

Terrible purchase. I will never get another Verizon hotspot. The device does not work. It does not provide network via usb or Ethernet. Complete waste of money. I tried calling for help and Verizon support is incapable of helping or even understanding the issues.

Terrible connectivity and speeds in 5G

Always disconnects randomly. Even when using it with Ethernet. Full bars of 5G signal then drops out of no where to lose connection. 10/10 don’t waste your money. Better off sitting out front of a McDonald’s using there WiFi.

I knew that the device was going to be a disappointment, but I was in critical need of a hotspot. The device provides adequate bandwidth, but is very slow to boot-up, disconnects randomly and even is slow to shut down. But I doubt that there is anything better on the market.
