I received my first apple phone and was extremely confused on the c-adapter with apple plug, lol why?! Makes no sense, and my daughter new iPhone didn’t even come with a block! So we have to take turns charging until I shell out more money for a charging block.

There is an issue. Paid someone to help me install. After two hours on the phone with Verizon, there is still an issue. Stayed by phone all day for a call back and No. Very discouraging.
