Draws power from ipad, so unless you keep Bluetooth of when not using it your ipad will drain battery power in was matter of a few hours. Even if you do that, when using it out it's drawing down your ipads battery. The magnets holding the keyboard to the iPad are weak and the keyboard has fallen off repeatedly in just a couple of days. We returned it.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Best if you keep in bag when not in use. It’s great, but you don’t want it to get dirty.

I do not like the way it connects to the iPad at all. I would like it to be one unit where the iPad fits in the shell. If you are not on a completely flat surface and so as bump the iPad, the keyboard disconnects. Apple can do a lot better on this design for what all of this costs. I love my iPad but this design is a BIG miss.
