The boost cable was really good.It transferred my information from one phone to the other. There was a problem with the microphone that my certify, like new phone. Had a problem. Your equipment device that you sold me. And then after that, I had another problem, and your technicians went into my phone and deleted my archives, i will never be able to listen to my brother, sister or nephew because they passed away and I left their messages in my archives. Which verizon, tech nicole support team did not take responsibility for their faults. Treating me like a hot potato. I am so upset with my carrier. That's why I have the top of the line phone with basics service. It's very sad.How verizon, technicians and workers treat the customis. Without the customers your company is nothing. It really stinks that how i was treated. And most of all erasing my archives in my phone, I'll never be able to hear my love one's voice again.
