The case and keyboard are both vey functional I just wish the keyboard lit up so it was easier to see in the dark. As it is smaller keyboard, finger placement sometimes can get off track when you can’t see the keys. The “kickstand” feature is also not up to par; the stand itself is sturdy but it doesn’t provide the support I would like for my iPad. Being that the iPad is big and the case makes it heavy I find my iPad falling over backwards quite often which can get frustrating when trying to do work. Maybe if the stand was a bit wider and taller that would solve this issue. I also wish the keyboard was a little more sturdy. I do like that it has a power switch as opposed to some keyboards that have a power key on the keyboard itself so it isn’t accidentally getting turned on when not in use.

I could not get the key pad to link with the iPad I showed it to many other people but no one could get it to work. The outer case was fine.

Sturdy but not functional. The iPad cover is sturdy and feels tough but you cannot separate the keyboard from the old which is just not very functional. The keyboard is nice though. I just wish the two pieces separated and connected back and forth easily.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Protects the iPad well, Bluetooth keyboard took me a while to figure it out, you have to press the FN key and the C key at the same time. Lights will flash and Wala! Pairing mode.

The product is nice but I was sold one that doesn't fit my tablet. I have tried to return but I am unable to print a return label. But for anyone needing this is seems like it is good. :)

Inferior Design

When I am holding my iPad, which is usually the way I use it, the keyboard becomes the back of the case. Thus, I am always pushing on the keyboard keys. Also, the keyboard is a lose flap while I am holding the iPad. I do not like that design. The keyboard case for my old iPad folded back, so the keyboard was inside when I held the case. The fold-back feature provided a solid unit. In my opinion, that was a much better design. While the Otterbox will, no doubt, provide excellent drop protection, as does my Otterbox iPhone case, I intend to find a different case for my iPad. I want a case that has the keyboard inside when the iPad is held. Usually a big Otterbox fan - my Otterbox has saved my iPhone numerous times - I am very disappointed in the design of the iPad keyboard case. Otterbox should have a better design.
