I absolutely love this product. It keeps track of not only my steps but also my heartrate. It syncs with my phone easily and I love being able to check all this on the app. The price ia a little pricey though. Overall very satisfied

I have gone through 2 Fitbit trackers and at first I liked it, but having to constantly charge the tracker, I soon got tired of taking it apart and putting the small tracking device into its charger. It has died twice on me so now I have an Apple Watch!

I had my Alta HR for years, then all the sudden it just wouldnt turn on. I reached out to customer service thinking at best they would give me a small discount towards a new one. Even though I was WELL out of warranty (by years) they sent me a new one for free!! Ive used FitBit products basically since they launched,Im a huge fan of their products and technology (the app is great!), but add in their amazing customer service. Im a customer for life!

I got this as a gift and so far so good. You do have to charge it quite often but other than that I like it a lot. Especially the sleep tracker.

this product works really well as a fitness tracker. i like that it can detect what workout youre doing without having to manually put it in. this works well by using the app or by just using the tracker on your wrist.

I love my fitbitHR for basic fitness tracking. I am able to track my steps, mileage, sleep, heart rate and calories, and even log basic workouts. Its minimal in design and battery lasts a few days without charging. I actually prefer not to see cal invites, calls or texts but that is a functionality that is supported as well. All in, for the price its amazing.. if youre looking for more sophisticated fitness tracking Id go with the Apple Watch, which tracks many more types of workouts as well as your active cal burn.

At first, I loved my Fitbit. Then about five months after using, it refused to charge and wouldnt connect to the charger even after resetting it. Contacted Fitbit and they were no help even though it was inside the warranty. Will try them again but not this particular model. Giving it a 3 because s the first fitness tracker I found that fits my wrist comfortably

Can this Fitbit use the same charger as the Fitbit 2charger

When I search for and see all results for "Fitbit," I can see the star ratings and number of ratings. However, when I click to get more detail, I see the product details but no reviews. Why? (On mobile device/pixel)

I think the Alta HR is what I want, but 1) can I order and make payments for it monthly until paid for? 2) is there an extra data charge for this device? 3) how do you take calls on the watch? And text response back?

The Fitbit Alta HR is not eligible for the device payment program. This device is unable to answer calls or reply to text messages. As it does not connect to the mobile network, it does not incur an extra charge on your bill. -MatthewG

Both Fitbit devices are similar. They offer heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and auto exercise recognition. Both accessories also provide call, text, and calendar notifications. The Charge 2 also offers multi-sport tracking as well as guided breathing sessions.
