How do you down load software.
Hi, Kevin Edwards. Thanks for your question. As long as your Nest camera or doorbell is connected to Wi-Fi and the internet, it should automatically update itself. You don't need to do anything. Nest cameras and doorbells can't be updated manually.

3 hours of free event video history. Is the 3 hour event video history a 1 time deal or am I able to delete the history so that i can record newer video?

If you’ve set your camera to record and save specific kinds of events in its video history, your camera will detect and process any important activity that it detects, but will only save footage of events that you’ve enabled to the cloud. J Eh, If you have a newer camera like Nest Cam (battery) or Nest Doorbell (battery), you can get up to 3 hours of event video history without a subscription. Does it have night vision ?

If there are any light sources in the area, your camera may be able to see even farther.
