Didn't even last a month. The plastic on top of the turning hinges near ear piece broke. In what scenario would you need to turn the earpiece 180° away from your ear? Makes for point of weakness in the design.

Battery Acting weird

After having them for like 6 months the battery started acting funky. The headphones wouldn't charge to 100%. I would leave them plugged in for like 12 hours to charge but they still wouldn't charge. Now that I have had them for like a year and a half the ear cushion thing is starting to come undone. Sony's headphones are much better all around.

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 760NC. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device, then perform manual pairing. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Last is reset, turn the headphones on then press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact us for further assistance.

NOT noise cancelling

My husband bought me these for Christmas. They are sold as noise cancelling but the noise cancellation feature does NOT work when activated. Still sufficient for what I need them for but disappointed as I think for the price I paid, I should get the features advertised

I had high hopes for these headphones, especially after the disappointment of the first pair. Unfortunately, it seems that the issues I encountered with the initial set persist in the replacement unit as well. These headphones are a prime example of false advertising and consistent disappointment. The description clearly touted noise-cancelling capabilities that are simply non-existent. This misleading information sets the wrong expectations right from the start. Moreover, the sound quality is abysmal. As the volume is increased, the once-promising bass and treble quickly deteriorate, leaving a hollow and unbalanced audio output. To make matters worse, as I tried to adjust the volume to find a sweet spot, I encountered unbearable distortion that made listening to music or watching videos a frustrating experience. It's frustrating to have received a replacement pair only to find that the same issues persist. It's clear that these headphones are nothing but a letdown and offer little in terms of actual functionality or enjoyment. At this point, it's safe to say that these headphones are essentially useless and a waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid these headphones at all costs. The false promises, poor sound quality, and persistent issues make them a regretful purchase that falls short in every aspect.

I got my pair of headphones six months ago. Since the beginning, I have had issues connecting them to my laptop and phone. This week, the battery isn't even lasting 10 hours! Charging them takes longer than 2 hours. Noice cancel features are good.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 760NC. You may want to try resetting the headphones by turning on the headphones. Then press and hold the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons for more than 5 seconds. It will turn off, and restart to factory settings. Make sure to remove the name of the headphones first from your previous connected devices before connecting again. As for the Battery issue, it's necessary that you use the proper power brick/adapter rated at 5V and at least 1A. It has up to 35 hours of battery life which may vary depending on volume and music content. If the headphones doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. If you need further assistance, please contact JBL Customer Support.

Do JBL Tune 760NC need to be charged before first use?

Our JBL Tune 760NC comes with a factory charge when brand new. You can use it without charging the headphones initially and plug it in once the light indicator turns red which means it's low battery.

Which is the pin number for JBL tune 760NC to connect the Bluetooth to my laptop?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Tune 760NC doesn't require a PIN or pairing code to connect to a device via Bluetooth. If your device asks for a PIN, please make sure you are connecting to your headphones that exclude 'LE' at the end of its name since this feature is for the compatible voice assistant of your headphones. The 'LE' connection will appear if the voice assistance feature hasn't yet been configured, and can't be used for Bluetooth audio.

Why this headphones is not listed and supported by JBL headphones app?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, our JBL Tune 760NC headphones cannot be used with the JBL Headphones App. This is due to the fact that the technology used in these headphones cannot be upgraded to the newest features found in our latest models.

Does it support connection via NFC?
