I was amazed it doesnt hurt my ears some bluetooth when i used to 30mins my ears hurt because of the heat of the earbuds. This works for me the whole day. Nice and lightly and u cant hear much of outside just ur music aounds you are hearing. I like it at night makes me sleep well. Sounds good and crisps and clear. Thank you i will recommended this so much two thumbs up for me😊

Noise cancellation is not great. Sound coming from earbuds is also not very clear. Great price point!

Sain nämä joululahjaksi ja ne ovat olleet käytössä noin 3 kuukautta. Äänenlaatu on ollut hyvä, ne ovat helppokäyttöiset ja pysyvät hyvin korvissa, jos ei hikoile paljon. Plussaa myös siitä, että värejä on useita tarjolla. Yksi kuuloke on kuitenkin tippunut pari kertaa, ja sen jälkeen se on alkanut katkaista ääntä. Joudun yhdistämään sen uudelleen useita kertoja. Välillä toimii, välillä ei ollenkaan. Vika saattaa johtua pudotuksesta, mutta silti harmittaa, että pudotus vaikutti näin paljon toimintaan.

Bought these to replace the tws 200 and I’m not happy with them. For two reasons. When they connect there is a constant white noise in the background that is very distracting. Second the touch feature is very poor and I have to hit it several times to answer calls, stop music, or hang up. The sound quality for music is way better but the two drawbacks make it less desirable.

For the white noise in the background and if you are using an Equalizer (EQ) , please try turning the EQ off. If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may try to connect the earbuds to a different source device. If the issue does not resolve after those steps, please try a reset by tapping the left or right earbud twice and holding the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds with both earbuds on, and not charging. I'm writing this after owning these for about a year and a half. These are the best earbuds I've ever had. I used to have apple air pods, and they were of course expensive but Jbl products in general have better sound quality. The reason why I'm writing this review is because I want to talk about the durability they have. Last week as of writing this, I accidentally left them in my work pants, and they went through a 40 minute wash cycle... I thought they would be done for, but they still work like nothing happened.. It's amazing! They don't take long to charge either, and last all day when I'm at work. (8 hour shift) I dunno what kind of magic Jbl has but I hope they keep their prices like this for a long time and keep their earbuds just as good as these!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Have had these less than 6 mos... sound quality was ok initially but over time has reduced. Depending on how I hold my head, sound is sometimes nice & loud or very quiet, sucks when on the phone as it makes it hard to have a conversation when having to ask someone to repeat themselves. Battery life sucks, buds dont last when worn for an hr without needing recharged and the charging case battery seems to be the same with needing to be charged daily. Buds seem secure but dont plan to wear them for long periods as they tend to loosen & may fall out. Decent product but for the price I paid, I expected better quality. Plan to replace them fairly quickly. Would recommend for a cheap option that you don't need daily or plan to have for a long time

Can these earbuds be tracked and located if lost or stolen?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 has a "Find My Buds" feature, wherein you can locate missing earbuds by getting a notification on the location and time of last use. You can also activate "ring" to receive a ring notification on your device when the earbuds are in range through the JBL headphone app. However, if you’re referring to tracking the earbuds and charging case through GPS or location tracking, our Vibe Beam 2 does not have that feature.

Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 supports multipoint connectivity, which allows you to pair with two devices simultaneously. This means you can stay connected to, for example, your phone and your laptop at the same time, and seamlessly switch audio between them. Tap the earbuds' sensor once and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds to enter multipoint connection.

If I misplace the ear buds does it have tracking capabilities?

This function helps locate misplaced earbuds by making them emit a beep and displaying the last known location and time. However, it does not provide GPS tracking to prevent theft; instead, it depends on a limited Bluetooth range of approximately 8 meters and requires the earbud to be connected. -Will

How do I turn Noise caniOFF?

Do you have any smaller ear pieces for the ear bud? I have very small ear and the smallest size that mine came with are still to big and won’t stay in my ears

Do the Vibe Beam 2 have automatic wind reduction during ANC mode? When I mow my lawn outside, my Vibe Beam 2 automatically turn off ANC during seemingly random times.

Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 does not have an automatic wind reduction feature in ANC mode. It’s possible that the touch control was accidentally triggered, switching the earbuds to Ambient Aware mode. You may also try to reset your earbuds. To do this, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact us.
