When inserting the earbuds, use a slight downward angle and a gentle twisting motion to help them conform to the shape of your ear canal. For the white noise in the background and if you are using an Equalizer (EQ) , please try turning the EQ off. If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may try to connect the earbuds to a different source device. If the issue does not resolve after those steps, please try a reset by tapping the left or right earbud twice and holding the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds with both earbuds on, and not charging. Can these earbuds be tracked and located if lost or stolen?
Thanks for your question. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 has a "Find My Buds" feature, wherein you can locate missing earbuds by getting a notification on the location and time of last use. You can also activate "ring" to receive a ring notification on your device when the earbuds are in range through the JBL headphone app. However, if you’re referring to tracking the earbuds and charging case through GPS or location tracking, our Vibe Beam 2 does not have that feature.

Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 supports multipoint connectivity, which allows you to pair with two devices simultaneously. This means you can stay connected to, for example, your phone and your laptop at the same time, and seamlessly switch audio between them. Tap the earbuds' sensor once and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds to enter multipoint connection.

If I misplace the ear buds does it have tracking capabilities?
The JBL Vibe Beam 2 utilizes the "Find My Buds" feature from the JBL Headphones App for tracking purposes. This function helps locate misplaced earbuds by making them emit a beep and displaying the last known location and time. How do I turn Noise caniOFF?
Thanks for your question. To turn off Noise Cancelling on our JBL Vibe Beam 2, simply tap once on the left earbud to switch between Noise Cancelling and Ambient Aware. You can also customize and enable advanced controls by connecting your earbuds to the JBL Headphones app.

Do the Vibe Beam 2 have automatic wind reduction during ANC mode? When I mow my lawn outside, my Vibe Beam 2 automatically turn off ANC during seemingly random times.
Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 does not have an automatic wind reduction feature in ANC mode. It’s possible that the touch control was accidentally triggered, switching the earbuds to Ambient Aware mode. You may also try to reset your earbuds. To do this, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact us.
