I bought this case when I upgraded my iPhone 10 to the iPhone 13. I had almost the exact case for my 10 and never had any issues. The case for the 13 split at the seams within months of my purchase. It's very frustrating that something so expensive could break so easily.

Never dropped it but like many users have stated, the back separates from the sides very easily. Would not recommend.

Horrible. If I could give it a zero I would. Owned this case for less than a month and it began to split. After a while it was pretty much in 2 pieces. Incipio replaced the case for me. The replacement case began to split in about 2 months and is now again in almost 2 pieces. They will not replace it because the replacement that they gave me was a one time courtesy. I have never had a case last me less that a couple of years. I guess that is what you get when you go for looks over quality.

I had many Kate Spade cases for my phones, but this one is No for me. It hasn't been two months since I have purchased and it already discolored and it looks terrible. I keep my phone in the purse and it is not exposed to the sun (especially since we are in the winter). I would not recommend this case.

It was beautiful, but it broke in 1 month. I have had this case for about 1 month and the entire sides are tearing up on the sides. I've never had a case that lasted for such a short time. This leaves me disappointed. Money thrown in the garbage.

I bought this 1 month ago and, while it's super cute and I LOVE the look, it has already started coming apart. Basically, the sides are breaking apart from the back. So it's no good :( Same thing happened to a case my husband bought from this site so I'll definitely be going elsewhere for my next case!

Just bought this case absolutely loved how it fit and how easy the buttons are to push. But within a couple uses the case is separating (the sides are separating from the back) which is very disappointing for the price…
