I never received the Series Case for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I never got an email letting me know when to pick up the item, so they canceled my order. Ridiculous customer service by the store I placed my pickup order with.

I heard that OtterBox bought out Lifeproof. My last case from Lifeproof lasted two years. I thought this case was a front and back case that closes and not just the back cover. I was a bit disappointed to see that.

My case broke months after I got it. After a few drops not even high drops either I was trying to fix it since the back was sticking out and it completely broke on me? It’s kind of a poor build.. everyone thought the case was super cute though when I first got it.

Verizon sold me this as a promotion push for their life proof series. I had this case for less than 9 months. I dropped it waste high. When this happened it landed on a flat store floor on the back of the case. The bump out on the case broke not only the phone, but the camera from impact on the bottom right spot on the case that sticks out. Verizon won’t replace the phone and Otterbox only replaces the case.

I purchased this product a couple months back and the phone case has began to tarnish. the sides of the case are losing colour and not as prodective. The sides are starting to break. Overall, case is not as it has been advertised very flimsy. Very pricey case i am upset with the quility of the case. I hope other do not buy this case as it isnt worth the overall cost.
