I received the XBOX as a promotional item. Unfortunately my Verizon app would not allow me to log in for most of the allotted time to redeem the order. I called customer service 10 different times, spent hrs on the phone each time. Several times it ended with them either hanging up on me or telling me the would put in a work ticket to get the issue resolved and PROMISING they would call me back within 48 hrs but never did. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ended up going in person to a Verizon store and a gentleman was able to help with the app and I was thankfully able to redeem this promotion on the very last day. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time calling customer support. It’s a joke.

The promotion didn't explain that this was ONLY for specific XBox systems (I have the 360, which is not compatible).

Can I get a lifetime warranty with Xbox one controller?

The Microsoft Limited Warranty covers the Xbox console for 1 year (90 days for the controller and accessories), regardless of the length of the financing term.
