I cannot imagine not having my Mophie battery. It gets me thru the workday when I am offsite without the ability to plug in to recharge. No extra cords, packs etc to bring with either. Far more convenient than other options. Worth its weight in gold many times over

I was disappointed to find you can not use the lighting or 3.5mm headsets with this mophie case. I thought there would be a work around, other than using a Bluetooth headset. Otherwise, the battery case is fine.

I need to contact support about warranty. I have poor audio connecting to Apple CarPlay and charging using a cord is picky depending on which micro USB cord that I use. The juice pack air that I bought 2 years ago did not have these problems.

Is it drop proof, does it work when your in hot areas across the country?, the only reason why I ask is because I bought 2 different colors for my vacation crusing in 2016 and died on the spot while charging my phone at 30%

Is the outside of this case smooth or more like rubber? I've own this case in black for my iPhone 6 and I loved it. I bought another brand for my iPhone 7 and it's so slippery that I am constantly dropping it. The one I had for the 6 was more like rubber

It depends which color you purchase. If you purchase the blue, red, and black juice pack, it will be more like rubber/matte. If you purchase gold or rose gold, it will be smooth and shiney.

Does this work with the factory wireless chargers in GM vehicles?

Great question. I love using a wireless charger. Check out the list of compatible devices from GM http://bit.ly/2xXRjM4 online. It is possible that this may work with your GM vehicle. It could work and not have the best charger or last quite as long. You will have to test further to confirm. - Jenelle

How do you charge your phone with the Mophie air pack for the iphone 7. There is no on/off switch

Tbmferris, Being able to keep your phone charged at any time is incredibly important. A phone with no charge isn't much use. The on/off switch is actually the small button on the back of the case. If you just tap it then it works as a status button but if you hold it down for at least 2 seconds at a time it will power the case either on or off. - Andrew
