I've only had this mount for 3 days but already pleased with how great it works. I work in agriculture, so roads are never smooth. After two days of driving in tough terrain I can surely say that this mount is very well worth every penny. Phone stays very well put on mount but you have to have MagSafe case.

The plastic piece directly connected to the suction cup just broke clean off leaving the suction fully engaged and my phone in my floor mats. Disappointed started out great but was trash after a month.

I was looking for a windshield mounted phone mount so I wouldn't have to attach anything to my dash that could damage it. I tried well reviewed vent mounts and other suction mounts. All fell off. This suction mount stays put even on hot summer days. As a bonus it has multiple levels of adjustment to get that perfect distance and angle while in the truck.

I have an IPhone 12 Plus with an Otterbox Case. "Magnet" barely "attaches" to my phone-will not "hold" my phone. Had high hopes for it to work. Sending it back today. :(

I have tried a few vent mount MagSafe holders but none of them would work for my truck. This does the trick. It holds secure on my dash and the magnet holds my phone securely. It really is the best for me. Just wish it had wireless charging built in.

Doesn’t work with the Xr, won’t hold the phone even though some have reported that it would.

I don't have a magsafe case and it won't hold my phone. I have the lightest clear silicone case you can get and I can barely feel a pull from the magnet. If I take the phone out of the case it does stick but the pull isn't that strong. If you drive down a bumpy road I doubt it will hold. Also it's only a mount, not a wireless charger. Not worth the money; I'll be sending this back.

I've been using this mount for several weeks now and it's awesome! The mount itself is a bit shaky but way better than the vent mount type. What really stands out is the magnet. My phone hasn't come off not once which is really impressive.
