Its not a $100 product, so you get what you pay for, but it is whatvis is and it works just fine. I feel like these other review people just are mad that they got comfused! Thanks dor the good product.

While this product does make charging on the go a lot easier, it's actually not compatible with wireless charging. The Power Bank is designed to be compatible with the 3-in-1 cables it comes with. I just received my OtterBox portable charging kit. I was so excited until I charge the unit and tried to charge three separate devices, one at a time. It did not work! I have 2 iphones & an ipad. I tried charging them wirelessly & also plugged into the charging station...unfortunately it didn’t charge anything. I reached out to customer service & started a chat and no one was there... I could only leave a message. I’m pretty sure the lack of customer service is secondary to Covid and not much staff. I’m disappointed because Otterbox makes some great stuff & I haven’t had an issue before.

States that it is compatible with my phone (Samsung S20+ 5G UW) but it is not. Fully charged it upon receipt but when I plugged it into my phone it didn't register. Wireless charging didn't work either. Disappointed because usually Otterbox is pretty reliable.
